Arriving stateside in spring of 2006, the amazing 2007 Audi RS4 will define new standards in performance and luxury in its segment. With a 4.2-liter 32-valve V8 pumping out 420 bhp, the new RS4 claws its way to 62 mph in 4.8 seconds, its incomparable Quattro all-wheel drive providing the grip. This V8 willingly revs to 8250 rpm yet has 90 percent of its 317 lb.-ft. of torque available early, as low as 2250. Transmission? A six-speed manual, of course.
With performance such as this, its easy to forget this is a sedan, one designed with four in mind.
